Aroma of tart fruit, citrus, metallic notes, yeast, hint of hops. Flavour is a bit tart with only a moderate bitterness in the aftertaste. What happened here? Too tart and yeasty to be considered an IPA.

Bottle 0,75ltr: Bought this bottle at the tasting room of the brewery. Hazy yellow brew with an mellow sweet taste due the use of spelt, and an fine bitter aftertaste. But is this brew not the same as Ravensteijn Speltbier?
