Description
Remnant Brewing opened in 2018, founded by four friends with a passion for craft beer. Joel is the dollars and cents guy, and Dave is the dreamer with a can-do attitude. Brittany, our GM, brings years of hospitality experience and shapes our team to welcome you into our taprooms. Last, (but arguably most important!) Charlie, our Head Brewer, is the bread and butter of this operation. He brings 17+ years of brewing knowledge to the table and crafts the some of the best beers around.

8/8/2025. Cask at GBBF 2025. Lovely pour. Aroma is roasted, oaty, chocolate, coffee, cocoa pop milk. Sweet roasted taste. Medium body, smooth, soft carbonation. Good. A bit more body and it would have been very good.

Crowler pour shared by Brian--thank you. Lightly hazy pale yellow, trace sparkle, no head or lacing. Aroma is mild tart fruit, guava and coriander. Taste is strong tart fruit, milder guava, coriander and salt. Smooth texture, soft-to-flat carbonation, finish as taste.

Crowler shared by Brian drunk 5/4/25.
Clear brass-bronze. Small ring of bubbles.
Good salinity and not overdone acidity with tropical fruit and gentle spice from coriander.
Fruity and soft but with strong coriander drying the finish and producing some acidity. Good malt/wheat texture and good attenuation.

Brewery draught, 4/5/25.
Clear blonde-brass-golden. Small, off-white head.
Nutty, biscuity, mild herbal/grassy hop. Clean with some fruity yeast.
Very biscuity and lightly nutty with a hint of toast and butter (not diacetyl). Fruity yeast. Malty enough and dry and clean but a bit overly biscuity/nutty/toasty.

Brewery draught, 4/5/25.
Clear blonde-brass-maize. Fluffy, white head, good retention.
Clean, clear, bright with mineral and peppery hops. Deep, honey-like malts and good yeast character.
Malty and drying out nicely with crisp hops, yeast/mineral and ample bitterness. Deep honey-like malts and fresh, interesting yeast throughout.

Brewery draught, 4/5/25.
Dark, clear. Small, light tan head.
Chili in the nose is spicy, earthy, fruity. Very vibrant. Milk chocolate and low roast with good base malt and no alcohol. Clean.
Chocolatey with a chewy body and sumptuous maltiness yet drying out nicely on the finish which is joined by increasing spice as the heat builds. But there's earthiness, fruitiness, vegetal notes. Just a really well-expressed pepper character that is balanced by the creamy, chewy body and deep malts.

Moderately to heavily hazy. Pale peach. Small, white head.
Clean spice with a bit of tropical fruit and light citrus. Good malt character to balance; white bread and honey character.
Juicy, spicy, malty. Some wood and greenery but nothing harsh or overly piney. Excellent malt depth and attenuation.
