Cask at GBBF 25. Aroma is big - espresso with light tar. Burnt caramel. Spice. Tobacco. Malts. Flavourwise there is initially dark fruit and creamy coffee, followed by a big bruising hit of darkness, i.e. charcoal and bitter berries, etc. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long slightly astringent finish. Just big and punchy.

Cask at GBBF 25. Opaque chestnut. No head to speak of, a few individual bubbles. Aroma is big boozy and dark and fruity. Flavourwise it's got a bitter edged tangy streak. Burnt coconut. Followed by dark fruit. But the sour tangy stuff overpowers to an extent. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Pretty good.

7/8/2025. Cask at GBBF 2025. Aroma is chewy, toffee, meaty, malty, woody, bourbon, dark fruits, coconut hints. Quite sweet, brown sugar, moderate bitterness. Quite full bodied, smooth. Good.

Magus, mõru, karamelline, linnaseline, puuviljane, vanilje. Ok.
Toasted and sweet malty with lots of toffee, caramel, fudge, medium body, dark malty warming lingering finish. Nice.

6 oz cask at Cask On! treated on toasted oak. That’s really not IPA. Aroma is soft oak, toffee, yeast. Soft rum. Flavor follows. Oak is pretty forward. The malt is well expressed.

Cask at Cask On, 3/23/25.
Beautiful amber-ruby. Medium-sized, dark beige head. Good clarity.
Toasted oak immediately apparent with crystal malts and carefully-fermented fruity yeast. Clean and bright with deep cherry and maybe a vanilla-like rum character.
Toasted oak with huge cherry-vanilla and clean esters. Body could be a bit deeper but it's clean and bright with high attenuation and no alcohol noted.
