Pours a hazy orange creamsicle with a frothy white head that persists.
Bready sweet maltiness with plenty of pineapple and cherry to complete the Mai Tia effect
Light astringency but nice fruity brew.

Taster bottle pour at Keep NH Brewing. Opaque black w/ring of creamy head, decent retention & no lacing. Aroma is strong, nice roasted malt, chocolate, molasses & bourbon. Taste is strong, roasted malt--slightly smoky--toffee, & mild tart quality. Smooth, frothy thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste.

8 oz draft. Proper flavor of earthy malt, mild bitterness and a lightly sweetness in the body. Mild traces of fruit. Respectable.

Cask On, 3/30/24. Clear dark chocolate. Small, light tan head sits at cover. Yeasty, roasty, light base malt. Fairly clean with some pine clarity breaking through from the cascade. Very malty, wow. Good acidity. Pine, maybe a touch of butter. But more body than most of the beers at the fest, which isn't saying much. Toasty, a bit overly earthy. Needs more fruity hop and levity.
