Located in the historic district of downtown Derry, New Hampshire. Our goal is to provide quality traditional English style ales both on draft and on cask, along with a few US favorite styles.

Pours a hazy orange creamsicle with a frothy white head that persists.
Bready sweet maltiness with plenty of pineapple and cherry to complete the Mai Tia effect
Light astringency but nice fruity brew.

Cask, third pint. @Nottingham Camra Beer Festival, Nottingham (England). 10/10/2024 [#7.837 Global - #1.667 United States of America - #1 Daydreaming Brewing Company (My brewery #390 from the States)] Pours dark brown with a tan he'd. Aroma: smoked malts, chocolate traces and burnt caramel. Taste: hints of chocolate malts leading to subtle smoky finish. Next one, please!

Cask at the Nottingham Camra beer festival. Off black colour with a tan head. Malty and chocolate. Medium body.

Taster bottle pour at Keep NH Brewing. Opaque black w/ring of creamy head, decent retention & no lacing. Aroma is strong, nice roasted malt, chocolate, molasses & bourbon. Taste is strong, roasted malt--slightly smoky--toffee, & mild tart quality. Smooth, frothy thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste.

8 oz draft at Cask On! Flavor is roast, chocolate and mild citrus undertones. Soft pine. Nice texture. Good!!

8 oz draft. Proper flavor of earthy malt, mild bitterness and a lightly sweetness in the body. Mild traces of fruit. Respectable.

Cask On, 3/30/24. Clear dark chocolate. Small, light tan head sits at cover. Yeasty, roasty, light base malt. Fairly clean with some pine clarity breaking through from the cascade. Very malty, wow. Good acidity. Pine, maybe a touch of butter. But more body than most of the beers at the fest, which isn't saying much. Toasty, a bit overly earthy. Needs more fruity hop and levity.

On tap at Cask.on. Opaque black with nice head, good retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong pine and dark malts. Taste mirrors aroma. Smooth, thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Nice mix of pine and dark malt.
