Near clear gold beer, small bubbly off white head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light pale malts, a light clean sweetness marred by a smoky note. Light crisp pine hops, mild orange, slightly bitter. Light and semi dry finish. Okay basic brew. Would have been better without the smoke.

500ml bottle. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of pale malts, biscuit, orange and grapefruit. Taste of biscuity malts, little caramel, orange and grapefruit, surprisingly strong hoppy bitterness. Light-medium bodied. Decent pale, though quite British in style despite the American hops.

Deep dark brown, near black, with a bubbly / frothy tan head and a nice coffee and roasted malt aroma. Very thin with dark fruits, roasted malt and coffee bitterness, finishes dry and bittersweet.

Clear pale gold with a frothy white head and a light citrus and biscuit aroma. Fresh and a little zesty, light biscuit malt underneath mellow citrus bitterness, finishes dry and very slightly bitter.

Third of a pint at the Shrewsbury CAMRA Beer Festival on 25th September 2025. Almost clear golden body, slight haze, the head a white affair. Mild malty feel before a citrus hop flush, all a bit subtle and weak for me.

Third of a pint at the Shrewsbury CAMRA Beer Festival on 25th September 2025. Dark brown, but thin bodied, beige crust on top. Chocolate nose and taste with a coffee/malty undertone, wanted to like it, but the body depth let it down a little.

Bottle bought at Vinomondo, Conwy. Clear dark gold. Frothy foamy white head. Aroma has buttend malts with a sour citrus edge. Flavourwise itbhas shatp citrus sourness over sickly fruit sweetness and chunky malts. Herbs. Light. Thin to slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long finish. Just doesn't do it for me. The sweetness is kinda sickly and there's a buttery element to the aroma. These then jar with the sour and herbal elements.
