Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tropical hops notes and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tropical notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with tropical hops but lacking some attenuation and juicy hops dominance.

750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2022, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 6%. Rosé colour, pours vigorously sparkling with a shortlived off-white head. Strong aroma of farmhouse, brettanomyces, oak, red wine, rosé wine and anthill. VERY sour flavour with the same elements, also lactic acid, rhubarb and lemons. Won't buy again, unless it is for sharing with at least 4 persons.

Golden with a bunch of tiny, transparent particles floating around. A small fizzy cap with no lacing left. Apple cider, white wine vinegars in the nose with . A little wood in the taste with the sourness, white grapes notes and some funkiness. A well-brewed, barrel-aged Sour Saison that goes down nicely, not overly puckering.

Fairly clean, light golden-yellow colour with a big frothy white head, good retention and full foamy lacing. Getting a beautiful, fresh herbal-hop smell, like an Italian Pils. The taste gives me the same - which I do enjoy. A crisp mouthfeel, medium-bodied with a light drying finish. Not sure for the Dortmunder Export style, as lighter coloured, and not that malty. To me, a really good, refreshing Italian Pilsner.

473 ml can, probably from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 5.7%, 60 IBU. Murky yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of melon, peaches and papaya. Flavour with the same elements, but also distinct and herbal bittering hops.

A deep dark barleywine with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, herbaceous character, nice. On tap at Mutoide.

Nice citrus notes, just the slightest bit of funk. High carbonation. One of the more unique table beers I’ve had.

On tap at Vermont Tap House, Williston, VT.
Appearance: pale bronzed amber color with a bar pour's kind of slim head which fell off immediately and didn't leave any lace
Aroma: some berries, floral hops, earthy tones, hay and barn house
Flavor: makes a decent effort to combine the prior noted aromas together to a funky and earthy sweetness; finishes more towards the berries and floral hops
Texture: between light and medium bodied, some sessionability; some clingy earthiness brushes my tongue but other than that nothing really has any real sort of smoothness to this, it's not watery, I will say that.

Bottle to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown close to black with two fingers of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: milk chocolate, cola tones; sweet woody tones, some bitter coffee tones, dark fruits somewhat coming across rotten
Flavor: semi-sweet with some roastiness; finishes brisk with the cola and chocolate tones
Texture: between light and medium bodied, between sessionable and being a sipper; sticky on the tongue becoming cloying
Overall: I'd say not the best effort by this brewer, unsure if I would come back to.
