A classical beer coming from one grocery shop, at Lutry, during a walk with my son in this rainy Mai month. There is nothing special, on the German way, a lager, pils, refreshing even if the weather is fresh, a bit metalic, 23.05.21

Pours a hazy yellowblonde. Medium sized, stable white head. Scent is full, malty (white bread) , touch noble hops as well. Fairly restrained on the lager yeast profile. Taste is surprisingly bitter (modest, but surely more than expected) quickly to be overtaken by the maltyness. Fairly crisp, but the beer has got a certain 'heavy' feel to it as well. At times drinks a bit like a cross-over between sparkling water and beer, given to how easy this drinks (positive) or modest intensity it presents as a beer (negative) Medium body, medium high carbonation . Not overly expressive, not truly taking the drinker to unknown territory, but a fine summer drinkin' beer nevertheless.

[as Koblenzer Brau Weissbier] Bottiglia.
