CAVOK Brewing Co., (pronounced Cav-Oh-Kay is an aviation acronym meaning Ceiling and Visibility are OK) is based in Dieppe, NB and was founded in May of 2016 by two air traffic controllers and friends, Serge Nadeau and Serge Basque.

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is pale golden. Aroma and taste are lime, malt, grass and hops. Sweet lime finish.

Pours cloudy dark pink, just a ring of white head. Taste middlingly sweet, lots of raspberry. Sour is just a very mild bit of funk in the finish. Could be better.

Pours a clear golden with a sheet of white head, was expected a bit of cloudiness. Taste of sweet bready malt, resin, a little pine, with some esters floating in the background. Kinda off style, but not bad.

Can from the brewery. Fairly sweet malt, with chocolate notes, some pine hops, with some notable hops bitterness that lingers fairly hard. A few drinks in you can start to pick up some orange once you get acclimated to the bitterness.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing white. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light fruity esters, pears, light perfumy notes, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light fruity esters, pears, light maple, OK. On tap at The Joyce.
