This one poured a medium yellow colour with a bright white, creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include pineapple, corn and spice. First swig was nice and mild with flavours of bubblegum, spice and hops. Finish is lightly bitter with gum flavour lingering.

This one poured a clear light yellow colour with a creamy, white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include corn, cloves, dough and a hint of bleach and perm solution. First swig was slightly sweet with flavours of grassy hops, lemon citrus and honey. Finish is quite bitter with lemon hops flavor lingering.

This sour poured a cloudy, orangey red colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include citrus, sour candy and minimal root veggies. First swig was tart, but over the top. Flavours of orange, nectarines and club soda. Finish is thinner, with tart citrus flavours lingering.

This pils poured a clear, light yellow colour with a minimal, white, fizzy head. Scents include corn, metal and malt. First swig was smooth and a little watery. Flavours of corn, malt and a little must. Finish is all corn syrup. Light musty malt flavours lingering.

This Helles poured a crystal clear yellow colour with a soapy, bright white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include corn, straw and a light perm solution. First swig was quite light bodied with flavours of corn and honey. Finish is a typical Helles with corn flavours lingering.

This smoked beer poured a light amber colour with a white, soapy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include smoke, white glue, apple and medicinal gauze. First swig was lifeless and somewhat weak. Flavours of smoke, wieners and gauze most prominent. Finish is sweeter with the smokey ash flavour lingering.

This IPA poured a cloudy, light yellow colour with a creamy, white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include pineapple, orange and lemon citrus, cooked veggies and a little hay. First swig was creamy with flavours of citrus and grassy hops, hay and light malt. Finish is quite bitter with hoppy flavours lingering.

This pale poured a hazy, medium yellow colour with a white foamy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include lemon citrus, grassy hops and honey. First swig was a little light but drinkable. Flavours of lemon and grass hops, soap and hay. Finish is hoppy with those citrus hops lingering forever.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy, brown head. Minimal lacing. Scents include nuts, smoke, cherry, chocolate and roasted malts. First swig was thick and creamy with full flavour of coffee, cocoa, coconut, a little cherry and sweet smoke. Finish is burnt and sweeter with light cherry flavours lingering.

This saison poured a hazy, yellow colour with a creamy, white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include lemon rind citrus, a little ripe fruit and spice. First swig was quite a punch of flavour. Strong citrus flavours, a little soapy with some light clove? Finish is quite hoppy but not overly bitter. Lemon zest flavours lingering.
