Moderately hazy deep copper and bronze coloured body with a quite large, four to five centimetre tall tan microfoamed head that stays afloat nicely. Aroma of honey, grass, hay, flowers, dried lemons and a dash of herbal aspects here with some alcohol noticeable as well, in the nose, at least. Medium-bodied; Very crisp and pungent grassy and herbal flavours show through with a dry, hoppy and bitter showing right away that tempers a little bit with the alcohol warmth and sugars from honey and caster sugar behind, btu the hops and especially the dry notes really shine here. Aftertaste is crisp as well, with a sliver of the malts here finally, but the hop bitterness, grassy flavours and floral notes finish this off nicely. Overall, this is about what I expected, with the deep hops punching through everything and leaving a bittered finish without much malts and fairly astringent, but about right for the style. Great to have and a good, not great beer - get it if you like drier and still bitter, older school IPAs. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from GlenRo Spirit Shoppe in Monroe, Connecticut on 18-December-2021 for US$3,99 with the tagline 'hop scotch' on the bottom of the can, sampled at my house here in Washington on 08-May-2022.

Can (23067--so 3/8/23?) pour shared by Steve. It's a cloudy dark yellow with cap of white head with decent retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong lemony citrus over tangerine. Taste is lemony citrus, tangerine, late hint of dark fruit and cracker base. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not a run-of-the-mill IPA like every other being put out but not hugely complex.

Aroma is strong tropical fruit, grape, melon, citrus and dank element. Taste is herb, grape, melon, piney bitterness over biscuit. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, fairly thin, frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, decent complexity and the beer changes as it warms. A bit unique.

Burk från 2022 - ser ingen direkt skillnad mellan dem. Kolsvart med khakifärgad krona. Mycket kaffe, nötigt, lätt kexigt, vanilj, marshmallow fluff och viss kaffesyra. Gott men kanske något endimensionellt.
