16 oz. Can in a trade with tfontana. Aroma is mild tropical like fruit and soft herb. The flavor upfront has a mango or orange like character. The finish is floral and spicy. I was absolutely stunned to find out this was Nelson Sauvin hops. Very herbal. Shows stern bitterness that grows when warm. Overall, this is NOT a juice bomb. That is what I like most about it.

Can, from the brewery. Pours hazy dark yellow with a very small frothy off-white head that dissipates fast, citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste, pineapple flavor, faint mint, thin body, long citrus peel finish. Decent NEIPA

Can (22199 so 7/19/22) pour from the brewery. It's a hazy, pale yellow with nice sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong wheat, clove, bubblegum/fruity esters. Taste is strong bubblegum over wheat and clove. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and crisp, fairly dry finish as taste. Overall, good representative of the style with good strength.

On tap at the brewery--amazing space! It's a beautiful, clear copper with finger-plus fluffy off-white head with excellent retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong, toasted malts. Taste follows aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, a well-crafted representative of the style with good strength of aroma and flavor.

16 oz. can in a trade with tfontana. (From the brewery). Thanks big pimping! Aroma is soft bubblegum, clove and wheat. Flavor is all yeast phenols as it should be. Leans more on the bubble gum and clove side of the yeast. The reason I enjoy this brewery is everything they make is solid and to the style.

16 oz. can in a trade with tfontana. Thanks Buddy. Aroma is citrus and Black Pepper. Flavor shows a black pepper, lemon and very light yeast in the finish. A little bit of citrus rind bitterness. Crisp texture. Well made for the style.

16 oz. can in a trade with tfontana. Thanks Buddy. Aroma is a bold amount of tart peach and baked white bread. Flavor is like lingering tart peach with a very light herbal hand in the finish. Pretty respectable brew.

Can (22186, so 7/5/22) pour from the brewery. It's a hazy, pale light brown-yellow with nice sparkle, finger-width off-white head with fair retention and trace lacing. Aroma is nicely balanced mix of wheat, lemon and spices. Taste is good strength initial lemon and wheat with later light spices. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with dry, mild bitterness. Overall, good strength and body--nice representative of the style.

Can (22194 so 7/14/22) pour from the brewery. Appearance is (hard to know for sure as I just lost power) opaque orange-yellow with nice sparkle, finger-width off-white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is mix of strong cracker malt and peach with tart fruit. Taste is matches aroma though peach and fruit are more forward (and stronger as it warms). Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and dry finish as taste with lingering mild bitterness. Overall, thought this would be a touch sweeter and less bitter in the finish.

16 oz. received in a trade with tfontana. Thanks Tom!! Aroma shows me soft pine, wheat herb and malt. Flavor leans on the old school West Coast hop characters. Pine, herb, floral. There’s a little bit of fruit mixed in with these flavors but nothing distinguishable. The balance is pretty good.
