Can from tfontana thanks for the trade. Inky black in color with a small bubbly tab head that quickly dissipates. Huge coffee nose with hints of roast and vanilla. Thick sweet chocolate and roast with plenty of coffee hints of brownie batter. Big beer but it drinks so smooth.

Can from tfontana, thanks again! Solid black in color with a frothy tan head that persists. Rich roast chocolate and caramel on the nose. Light earthy and fruity flavor thrown in. Creamy mouthfeel. Nice Stout.

Can (21271--so, 9/28/21) pour. It's a lightly hazy, pale golden yellow with nice sparkle, finger-plus width fizzy white head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is balanced pilsner malts, cracker and honey. Taste is pilsner malt over cracker with mix of sweet and tart fruit component. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, a boring style but the touch of honey in the aroma and the fruity aspect in the flavor are a bit different and good strength.

12 oz. can (21274--so September, 9 2021) pour. It's a hazy yellow with light sparkle, finger-width off-white head with fair retention and no lacing. Aroma is tart fruit and lemon citrus. Taste is tart fruit, yeast, cracker. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, lively carbonation and crisp finish as taste with lingering light bitterness and yeast. Overall, cracker and fruitiness add some dimension but it loses some of its Kolsch-iness. Ok.

16 oz. can in a trade with tfontana. This is a Rotating fruited sour series. Aroma is all tart passion fruit. Flavor shows mild stone fruit with the majority of the character being passionfruit. Some sour grain. Maybe a hint of guava. Nice lingering tartness with a good duration. Passion fruit really tickles my fancy. I’m pretty tickled right now!

16 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Thanks bud. Aroma shows roasted barley, chocolate malt, oatmeal flake. The flavors all translate from the aroma. For a 7% the body is full with a thicker mouthful. Pretty well-made.

16 oz can shared by tfontana. Dated 21239 = 27 Aug, 21. Aroma shows grain sweetness followed by an apple note. Flavor is a copy. Mouthfeel has a effervescence that puts a nice punch in the texture. Easy drinking and a slight difference feel to the style.

Can (21239--so 8/27/21) pour. It's a clear, straw yellow with nice sparkle, thin cap of off-white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is sweet/tart fruit contribution alongside malt backbone. Taste is strong European malts with grainy apple/pear quality and late bitterness. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good strength of aroma and flavor with the malt and fruitiness a nice little twist on usual pilsner. Enjoyed it for the style.
