AROMA: predominant medium chamomile aroma with faint orange notes. low malt background with a slight sweetness. APPEARANCE: straw color and slightly hazy. medium-low white head with low retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with chamomile notes overpowering the rest. faint orange with a faint malt honey-like background. low bitterness with a semi-dry finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium-low to low carbonation. no astringency. OVERALL: a witbier with overpowering chamomile notes, resulting in an unbalanced witbier.

Bottled@AIH66 Beer Session (thanks to my mom & dad for this beer!). Goldeny amber colour, huge fluffy slightly off-white head. Aroma is nectar, tropical fruits, mild sweet malts and some spiciness. Flavour is fruity, nectary, some slight sweet wood as well as some mild toffee to it. Mellow bitterness.

330ml bottle bought at Habemus Birra in Alicante last summer, shared with Finn and djoeye back home. Has got a rosewood coloured body with a ruby shade, misty. Bubbly, fawn-coloured head. Clingy lacing. Spiced dark fruity aromas. Caramel and dark fruity taste joined by Christmas spices. Hints of yeast. Drying, mid-sweet endnotes. Fine bodied. Fits the season. Decent (Tromsø 06.11.2016).

Ambar, de abundante espuma jabonosa, y mucha burbuja efervescente. Aroma a lupulos, y al final claro albaricoque. En boca es gaseosa en exceso, malteada y acaramelada con contrapunto lupulado frutal. El gas estropea el resultado.

330ml bottle, 4.9 % abv, bought at Malatesta. Frothy white head blanketing the glass. Cloudy orange-gold body. Floral aroma, hints of citrus. Peachy flavours joined by sappy citrus and dough. Discreet fruity bitter ending. Medium bodied. Soft and refreshing (hotel room, Alicante 11.06.2016).

330ml bottle bought at Malatesta. A slowly fading bubbly, fawn-coloured head leaving crocheted lacing behind. Rich roasted malty smell with coffee and chocolate. Cold coffee grounds up front to the flavour profile backed by dark chocolate. Roasted bitter malty ending. Feels a bit thin on the swallow. Pleasant porter (hotel room, Alicante 11.06.2016).

330ml bottle bought at Malatesta, Alicante. Spotty lacing from a filmy layer. Pale yellow in body colour, misty. Modest smell of ripe lemon and petrol. Sweet fruity taste, hints of lemon and pineapple, backed by wheat. Sweet wheat fruity ending. Tame on the swallow. Accepted, far from great though (hotel room 10.06.2016).
