Description

Bottle shared at home. Dark brown, hazy, offwhite head. Sweet malts, chocolatey, nutty, dark fruits, figs, roasty and smooth. Big sweet and smooth wide bitterness. Over medium body and soft carbonation. Creamy and slick oily mouthfeel. Rich and enough complexity to be quite a joy. Nice surprise. --- Beer merged from original tick of Oehoe Donker / Vincent Donker on 10 May 2019 at 16:20 - Score: 7

Bottle at home. Sweet malts, light caramel, floral hop notes, soft herbal notes, citrus fruity notes, honey. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Soft chalky and sweet resiny mouthfeel and a slightly cardboardy finish. Quite enjoyable. I like the floral notes and honey notes and how easy this still drinks. --- Beer merged from original tick of Vlinder Blond / Vincent Blond on 28 Apr 2019 at 23:44 - Score: 7.
