An ode to Anchor brewing. Burnt orange pour and smaller head. Nose is faint cardboard and orange zest. Tastes of pale malt light hopping and touch citrus and tonic. Decent

Brewery draught, 3/18/23. Heavily hazy, orange-golden. Small, white head. Sweet mango and some juicy citrus. Malt is light and this is clean, which is surprising. Soft, juicy, reasonably malty. Great spice. Good fruit. Why is this beer souch better than the others.

Brewery draught, 3/18/23. Hazy bronze golden, small, white head. Sour hops, sourdough malt. Sweaty. Thin, undermalted, sweaty, dirty, sourish. Yikes.

Brewery draught, 3/18/23. Light haze. Drab amber, low head. Some phenol and light ester. Light fruits. Not all that much going on for a 10.4%. Some butter in a painfully thin body. Not much going on here, yikes. Clove? Some vapid caramel.

Brewery draft, 3/18/23. Is there a bit of fruit here? Ok here comes the acetone! Glass of nail polish remover. Nice!

Can pour from The Beer Store, Nashua. Appearance is hazy yellow-orange with three-finger width head with fair retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong raspberry, moderate peanut. Taste is raspberry and mild peanut. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with light bitterness. Overall, strength of aroma bests taste and weirdly jelly is more prominent than peanut butter.

16 oz. can shared by tfontana. Color is a soft amber/ gold hue. Aroma is mostly raspberry. Flavor consists mostly of wheat and raspberries. Pretty difficult to see that there’s peanut butter in this beer. Shows a very subtle bitterness in the finish.

Taster at the source. Inky opaque black in color with a thin tan head that dissipates almost instantly. Chocolate and roast with bits of earth ethanol and higher alcohols. Body is a tad thin, not bad.

Sample at the source. Hazy bright gold in color with a tightly bubbled white head that persists. Jalapeno and bready malt on the nose and flavor. light to medium heat lingers. Kind of one dimensional.
