16 oz. can in a trade tfontana. Thanks for the new brewery tick! Romans mostly just raspberry. In the flavor both fruits show up. Raspberry on top of a mild lingering lime presence. Soft pucker after the sip. Exactly what it should be.

Can pour from the brewery. It's a deeply hazy light amber with cap of off-white head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is mix of piney bread that's hard to parse. Taste pretty much follows aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and lightly bitter finish. Overall, this is not only not appropriate for the style, it wouldn't even be a great version of it's closest cousin the conventional DIPA. An ESB? Is this just really old so hops are gone? Hard to figure. Didn't finish.

Brewery draught, 3/4/23. Lightly hazy, pale brass-golden. Small, white head to ring. Biscuit, honey, not much nose of which to speak. Soft, moderately malty. Super low bitterness. Super low hop character....peach, orange...honey like malt. Mashing seems off here; this beer drinks about 4.5% but is listed at 8. Hops are super light, as well, though the beers are, at least, clean.

Brewery draught, 3/4/23. Clear copper, no head. Not much aroma though the beer is ice cold. Taking a sip it's herbal, minimally peachy. Well, they certainly didn't go overboard on the adjuncts. Not a ton of hop character either. Malt is attenuated though slightly lacking depth. Beer is clean enough.
