Draft at brewery. I think they changed name to Ol Smoky. Light yellow pour fairly clear some greenish hints and frothy white head. Nose is smoky meat. Tatsss of wheat, lemon, bacon, smoked wood, bread crust, some herbs. Lighter bodied.

Can from trade with CLW--thanks, Chris! Opaque, orange juice yellow, light sparkle, thin, creamy head with excellent retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong pine, lime, biscuit. Taste is light fruit followed by strong, resinous pine. Creamy texture, soft carbonation and dry, bitter finish. Hazy but not juicy--drinks more like a traditional, or even West Coast, IPA.

Hudson draught, 10/12/25.
Heavily hazy, bronze. Small, white head.
Dank spice and berry. Not terp level of weed, but right below it. Biscuity, honey like malts and soft, round fruity yeast.
Big berry with great dryness and bitterness. Soft and round otherwise. Light juice but a super dry, sprucey Galaxy-like character lingering.

Hudson draught, 10/12/25.
As pictured.
Pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice...very slight malt. Clean.
Similar flavors. Rather spicy, maybe a bit much, lending an overly spicy, over dry finish. Pretty minimally beer-like.

Hudson draught 10/12/25.
Clear cranberry. No head.
Rounded but authentic adjuncts lead the way. Light acidity and moderate, biscuity, bready malt.
Pleasing ginger is flavorful but not too spicy. Cranberry in the background adds light acidity and flavor. Dry but malty, minimally acidic. Flavorful and balanced, if rather simple.

Hudson nitro, 10/12/25.
Clear amber. Staunch, nitro head.
Ton of maple. It's all I get. Cereal/grain-like reminding me of granola.
Super light and watery thanks to the nitro. Big maple with a pleasing sweetness and light nuttiness. Drinks like it's 3%. Wish it were. Growing on me as it warms, but it's sooooo watery.

Hudson draught, 10/12/25.
Clear amber-strawberry. As pictured.
No big toast, no caramel. Fruity yeast and peppery hops. Very clean and crisp with high attenuation.
Malty and dry with peppery, fruity hops and yeast combo. Strawberry and black pepper are highly flavorful but not too sweet or even too bitter. Hint of toast at best with no caramel or resin. Really impressive amount of soft, rounded flavors for how clear and traditional it is. Lingering strawberry, Meyer lemon and pepper balance biscuity malts to the effect of excellent balance. Like a light version of SN Celebration back in the day. Maybe a bit of excess acidity builds up by the end of the pint.
