Hudson draught, 2/26/26.
Not boozey, with a bit of vegetal character and no crude esters or phenols. White pepper and honey-like notes with easygoing Belgian character.
Fruity, spicy, rather light and slightly watery. Not a huge fan of pumping these things full of candi sugar or whatever they used to achieve this ridiculously high abv and way too light of a body. But it's been fermented and aged well and is neither crude nor sharp/boozey.

Hudson draught, 2/26/26.
Fruity and juicy with big Citra but also a nice melon and sweet lime character. Honey-like malts easily balance.
Juicy and fruity. Melon and fresh citrus with a floral accent and moderate bitterness. On the drier side but still manages a pretty good maltiness.

Hudson draught, 2/26/26.
Floral and spice from the hop with a touch of boiled hop sweat and a bit of crusty bread mixing with caramel. Clean, no resin, low fruitiness.
Peppery bitterness with a nutty, buttery malt. Medium body with floral and fruity notes lingering. Surprisingly low bitterness but the beer is on the drier side so it's not a problem.

Hudson draught, 2/26/26.
Juicy, fruity, full of pineapple, mango, citrus and light berry on the end. No resin, alcohol or excess sugar.
Dry, with a huge, fruity yeastiness and lingering berry and pine. Fairly bitter for the style, or perhaps it's just the extreme dryness. Feels like they just let the yeast rip through this. Cracker and unsupported bitter hop. Flavors are fairly interesting but this needs WAY more malt depth to balance.

Hudson draught, 2/26/26.
Big spice addition but there's plentiful malt to back it. No excess acid/astringency.
Soft and lightly sweet. Malt sets the stage, with bread, caramel and fig. Spices pile on but never get acidic or too drying, but remain very flavorful. Lingering plum and star anise. Sweet vanilla in there too.

Hudson draught, 2/26/26.
Light roast and fruity red malts with a touch of round roast and a bit of floral hop character.
Lightly bread, lightly floral and fruity. Malt softness and depth through the middle balances and there's no huge toasted character. Refreshing but quite malty. Good dryness, bitterness, balance.
