Draft at brewery post run while listening to how Washington State hops are the bomb haha. Cool to know some hops come from right here in Mass. or age and fairly clear with smaller white head. Nose is thick wet hop goodness vegetal and pungent florals. Tastes much the same scallions, florals, bit of citrus. Medium bodied and some bitters

Draft at brewery on nitro. Pleasant clear amber pour and large frothy beige head. Can smell the maple from across the room. Tastes o led dried leaf, bready but mostly just sweet maple syrup. Too heavy handed and sweet for my tastes

Hudson draught, 9/14/25.
Clear brass. Small, white head.
Moderate lavender. Not soapy or overdone. No residual honey. Peppery phenols and light clove.
Light, clovey, lots of white pepper. Odd that this one is so Americanized when their previous saison had real, cooler fermented character. Could be a lot worse and the clove isn't that strong. Some residual honey texture and good dryness.

Hudson draught, 9/9/25.
Has some sweat and funk with pineapple and big fruit esters. Soft honey and papaya.
Juicy with soft vanilla and honey. Juicy papaya and mango with some earthy funky passion fruit. Sticky, rich, flavorful, fun.

Brewery draught, 9/9/25.
As pictured.
Corn and vanilla and honey and light mineral. Crusty bread and light pepper.
Rich malt and sweet caramel-vanilla. Soft and succulent with huge depth. Dries out wonderfully on the finish with herbs and pepper. Light amount of toasted bread. Chewy, lip-smacking malt sugars. Decadent.

Brewery draught, 9/9/25.
Clear, dark amber with minimal head.
Lovely oakiness in the nose with cherry skin and black pepper. Very sniffable and unique without the usual bourbon sweetness. But no booze or heavy tannin.
Juicy almost with sweet malt and rich whiskey. Oak, pepper, antique wood and light cherry-cranberry. Soft and malty but not too sweet. Tons of dried Montmorency cherry. Impressive that the oak and/or bourbon isn't too acidic or drying. Lingering salted caramel, vanilla, oak and cherry with soft, round bourbon.
