Hudson draught, 2/26/26.
Big spice addition but there's plentiful malt to back it. No excess acid/astringency.
Soft and lightly sweet. Malt sets the stage, with bread, caramel and fig. Spices pile on but never get acidic or too drying, but remain very flavorful. Lingering plum and star anise. Sweet vanilla in there too.

Hudson draught, 2/26/26.
Light roast and fruity red malts with a touch of round roast and a bit of floral hop character.
Lightly bread, lightly floral and fruity. Malt softness and depth through the middle balances and there's no huge toasted character. Refreshing but quite malty. Good dryness, bitterness, balance.

Nitro draught, Hudson, 2/26/26.
Mild roast and touches of chocolate. Neither too sweet or roasted. Rich base malt behind it to gently balance.
Tootsie roll, chocolate liqueur and earthy, crunchy roast with no heavy or overly dark, burnt character. Silky and with some stickiness, not a thin, watery dry stout. Chocolate and base malt sweetness lingers on nicely. Appropriate hop and roasted bitterness to balance.

Hudson draught, 2/26/26.
Clean and malty with a good aroma strength even while very cold. Rich caramel and a round, fruity yeast with peppery hop helping balance on the end.
Malty and with a big fruity ester and a very spicy hop. Almost Christmasy. Bitterness is robust but not overdone and the deep, almost chewy-sweet malt holds its own against the hop. And all this at 4.9%. Impressive.
