Hudson draught, 9/14/25.
Clear brass. Small, white head.
Moderate lavender. Not soapy or overdone. No residual honey. Peppery phenols and light clove.
Light, clovey, lots of white pepper. Odd that this one is so Americanized when their previous saison had real, cooler fermented character. Could be a lot worse and the clove isn't that strong. Some residual honey texture and good dryness.

Hudson draught, 9/9/25.
Has some sweat and funk with pineapple and big fruit esters. Soft honey and papaya.
Juicy with soft vanilla and honey. Juicy papaya and mango with some earthy funky passion fruit. Sticky, rich, flavorful, fun.

Brewery draught, 9/9/25.
As pictured.
Corn and vanilla and honey and light mineral. Crusty bread and light pepper.
Rich malt and sweet caramel-vanilla. Soft and succulent with huge depth. Dries out wonderfully on the finish with herbs and pepper. Light amount of toasted bread. Chewy, lip-smacking malt sugars. Decadent.

Brewery draught, 9/9/25.
Clear, dark amber with minimal head.
Lovely oakiness in the nose with cherry skin and black pepper. Very sniffable and unique without the usual bourbon sweetness. But no booze or heavy tannin.
Juicy almost with sweet malt and rich whiskey. Oak, pepper, antique wood and light cherry-cranberry. Soft and malty but not too sweet. Tons of dried Montmorency cherry. Impressive that the oak and/or bourbon isn't too acidic or drying. Lingering salted caramel, vanilla, oak and cherry with soft, round bourbon.

Draft at brewery. Fine dark copper colored brew and smallish head. Nose is crackery hint of malt. Tatses of malt, caramel, crackers, leaf liter, some cardboard. Medium bodied.

Post run brew. Realized hadn’t had this yet one of their mainstays. Going for more macro tulle lager. Gold pour and foamy head. Nose and Tatses of grains, light floral hops, and pale malts. Semi crisp body.

Ashland draught, 8/22/25.
Clear, deep brass. Small, white head.
Leafy, spicy, lightly earthy, very delicate hop aromatics. Stone fruit and pepper behind it balanced by clean biscuit and white bread.
Heavy pepper and tropical fruit rind. Unripe mango and lots of doughy biscuit. Nice and deep malts with good attenuation. Maybe a bit doughy on the finish with the chewy body getting in the way of itself. But tons of fun tropical fruit and white wine for sure.

Ashland draught, 8/22/25.
Clear copper-bronze. Small, white head.
Herbal noble hops with a fruity yeast that is low on crude esters and phenols. Pepper and stone fruit with dainty honey and light floral notes.
Malty and dry with stone fruit and a hint of caramel. Big, deep breadiness mixed with honey. Pepper, floral and herbal notes on the balanced finish. Clean, polished. Maybe lacking in personality but I'll take that any day over most shitty American brewery renditions.

Draft at Ashland locale post run. Softly purple looking brew. Nose is nice raspberry and wheat not artificial smelling at all. Tatses gain of bright raspberry, wheat, some citrus and florals. Soft palate. Not too sweet which is appreciated. Fruity finish.

16 oz can. Aroma shows fruit. Flavor is mild citrus/ citrus rind with an assertive herb / pine hop bite. Lighter stone fruit notes. Bitterness stacks as you drink. Resin shows as it warms.
