Ashland draught 7/16/25.
Fiery orange-bronze. Very hazy. Small, off-white head.
Juicy with tons of citrus and a bit of a pine accent. Some mineral, some grape. Lots of honey and white bread-like malt with a very fruity yeast.
Soft, malty, very fruity and citrusy with tons of juice. There are interludes of a bit of cracker, a bit of pine and some citrus zest, but by and large it's very malty and very low in bitterness. Flavors are good, just needs more bitterness.

Draught Ashland, 7/16/25.
Clear bronze. Small, white head.
Big watermelon, decent authenticity. But no Kölsch behind it.
Jalapeno watermelon, sweet and thin with no Kölsch or much malt. Grainy and artificial watermelon. The jala is nice but the watermelon gets cheap. No Kölsch character.

Ashland draught, 6/26/25.
Brilliant golden. Heavily hazy. Small, white head.
Juicy fruit is tropical and aromatic. Authentic. No big lactic character. Almost a soft, saline, watermelon finish.
Juicy, fruity, start with melon and guava and some rich mango. Good, real acidity. Good maltiness, drying out heavily with cracker and biscuit lingering. The melon is lovely and the lack of big lactic punchiness makes it very drinkable. Could possibly use a bit more malt softness, honestly. But I respect the dryness.

Ashland draught, 6/26/25.
Moderately cloudy golden. Small, white head.
Coriander and malt with less emphasis on phenols/ester. Sweet, round honey and light bubble gum with low to almost no clove. Clean, fruity, balanced.
Malty and well-attenuated with a hint of dry, white pepper and spicy coriander. Malts are supple and dry out nicely on the finish with a fruity yeast that supplies just a touch of bubble gum. Balanced and flavorful, really leaning in to the coriander, which is the best part of this style, in my opinion. Another classic style there guys have killed.

Ashland draught, 6/19/25.
Very hazy for a cider. Maize-golden.
Smells great! Ginger and fruity, not dominated by it, though. Still some moderately-sweet apple. Clean and with a soft, funky, Brett.
Juicy and fruity, very nicely-attenuated. Light Brett and lots of apple skin. Very soft, round, juicy apple character redolent of something like Macintosh. Adjuncts are apparent but tasteful. The great beers continue from here....

Ashland draught, 6/19/25.
Quite clear, bright cherry-copper. Small, white head.
Some caramel and cherry as the C malts mix with the base. But no toast or heavy bread. No resin. Quite fruity, actually. Light pine, tons of ruby red grapefruit. Clean.
Caramel (light), pine (ditto) and a floral character with mild citrus. Good bitterness, on the lower side as seems to be the case with the newer WC IPAs. Quite malty but not toasty or very bready. Just soft malt with caramel, pine, grapefruit and juicy fruits.

Ashland draught, 6/10/25.
Clear, lighter amber-copper. Small, white head.
Herbal and spicy hops on top of a malty body with mostly base malt and minimal toast. Clean and snappy finish.
Green raisin, honey and soft pepper with light herbal and white wine notes on the finish. Could use just a touch more attenuation to make the finish a bit more snappier. But this is pretty fantastic and the flavors are killer.

Ashland draught, 6/10/25.
Quite hazy, blonde-brass. Small, white head.
Juicy with light melon and tropical fruit. Guava, white wine, cracker and honey. Clean, no excess sugar, resin or yeast.
Pineapple and berry. Seems like Krush and/or Strata. Well, definitely Krush. Bitter, drying berry and mineral with unripe tropical fruits. Dry and earthy. Really not a fan of this hop.

Ashland draught, 6/10/25.
Clear blonde-golden. Small, white head.
Guava? Pear? White and black pepper with honey-like malt below it. Turns to rich bread and light clove on the finish. Clean. Hard to get at its personality from the nose.
Peppery (black) with pear and light honey. No big clove, no bubble gum or crap. Sure tastes like Dupont yeast to me and it's done well! Soft, honey-dense malts with herbal hops and more black pepper. No breadiness or annoying, punchy Americanized acidity. Soft and malty with excellent hop character. Pear and pepper lingering alongside honey.

Nitro tap Ashland 6/10/25.
Clear, glassy brass-blonde. Neat, creamy, white, nitro head.
Creamed corn, mineral and earth. Maybe some gooey, fresh sourdough. Pepper lingering.
Corn and sourdough, though low acid. Sweet white bread with more corn and a good malt depth. Dries out with light pepper and light sourdough. Pretty dang flavorful for its size. Clean. Lotta corn-like flavor reminiscent of a corn lager.
