Ashland draught, 3/17/25.
Cloudy brass-golden.
Hint of maple, light earth and excellent acidity. Juicy, with good skin tannin and attenuation.
Round and juicy, light tartness, light maple, light spice. Great body and balance with a bit of wildness. Juicy and rich without excess sugar or maple. Some spice and earth, though, from the maple, assumedly. Flavorful, balanced, juicy, tart and drinkable.

Ashland location draught, 3/15/25.
Medium-dark-amber with copper and rust hues. Clear. Medium-sized, dark beige head, moderate retention.
Good base malt with a touch of hazelnut, toast and red fruit. Clean with light herbal hopping.
Clean and malty with good attenuation. A bit fruity, with herbal hops and ample bitterness. Good balance. Doesn't quite give me a lager vibe, though. Really fruity and round with an almost chewy texture and not much snappiness/crispness/mineral on the finish, that I would expect from a lager. Still a well-made beer, though.

Ashland draught, 3/15/25.
Moderately-to-heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden. Small, white head, moderate-to-low retention.
Juicy nose with plentiful, but not-overdone guava and a rich, fruity yeast with fruity, lightly tropical hops. Lots of honey and white bread-like malt to easily balance. Good acidity, good balance, clean.
Clean and fruity with a deep, malty, well-attenuated character. Good guava flavoring, whatever they used, and not overdone. Juicy with actual hop character, as well (tropical fruit, moderate citrus). Ample bitterness. Balanced.

Ashland location draught, 3/15/25.
Lightly-to-moderately hazy, blonde-maize-golden. Small, white head, slowly to edge.
Nose is evident peach, though not so sure it smells like real/whole peaches. Maybe a puree; hopefully not flavoring/concentrate. Not getting much in the way of barrel and only a bit of yeast character showing it as vaguely Belgian. Honey and white bread malt is fairly strong. Clean, though.
Again, clean, very peachy, though not the most authentic tasting peach character. Supple texture with chewy wheat-like character and maybe some oak tannin, but very scant on the actual oak or white wine character. Some acidity from barrel-aging, I suppose. Clean.

Can pour from the brewery. Dark brown-mahogany, 2-finger beige head with decent retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong roasted earthy malt with nuts, light chocolate. Taste follows aroma but slightly burnt. Mouthfeel is light bodied and pretty thin, frothy. Overall, dances on the line of burnt but good strength of aroma and taste, especially for ABV.

16 oz. can in a trade tfontana. Thanks for the new brewery tick! Romans mostly just raspberry. In the flavor both fruits show up. Raspberry on top of a mild lingering lime presence. Soft pucker after the sip. Exactly what it should be.

Can pour from the brewery. It's a deeply hazy light amber with cap of off-white head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is mix of piney bread that's hard to parse. Taste pretty much follows aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and lightly bitter finish. Overall, this is not only not appropriate for the style, it wouldn't even be a great version of it's closest cousin the conventional DIPA. An ESB? Is this just really old so hops are gone? Hard to figure. Didn't finish.

Brewery draught, 3/4/23. Lightly hazy, pale brass-golden. Small, white head to ring. Biscuit, honey, not much nose of which to speak. Soft, moderately malty. Super low bitterness. Super low hop character....peach, orange...honey like malt. Mashing seems off here; this beer drinks about 4.5% but is listed at 8. Hops are super light, as well, though the beers are, at least, clean.

Brewery draught, 3/4/23. Clear copper, no head. Not much aroma though the beer is ice cold. Taking a sip it's herbal, minimally peachy. Well, they certainly didn't go overboard on the adjuncts. Not a ton of hop character either. Malt is attenuated though slightly lacking depth. Beer is clean enough.
