Intensiver Rum Geruch, Backaroma. Malziger Beginn, der weniger süß als gedacht daherkommt. Viel Rum, Rosinen, milde Herbe, Schokolade. Trocken, leicht bitterer Hintergrund. Lag in meinen Augen zu lange im Fass. 7/7/11/10/9/9

Danke Marc. 🍻 Rum raisins in the nose. The beer starts deep aromatic. Sourish woody, rum there, grain with a nice rum woody finish. Deep, caramel, soft mild grain. 33cl bottle. A clear orange golden beer, small beige lacing. Aroma of riped fruits, intense rum flavour, caramel. Taste of strong caramelized malt, raisins, rum, wood, sticky finish.
