2021 vintage. 500 ml bottle. Pours black with short tan head. Aromas of rich ground coffee, dark chocolate and roasted malts. Flavors follow same with additional vanilla and acidic coffee finish. Very good though not getting any of the barrel.

473ml can. Pours a clear amber-gold with a large, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves thick patches of soapy lacing. Sweet fruity aroma of biscuity pale malt, grapefruit, peach, papaya and piney hops. Sweet fruity flavour of caramel malt, peach, papaya, grapefruit peel and pine resin in a dry, bitter hoppy finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Tasty and well balanced.

473ml can. Pours a hazy orange-gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves soapy lacing. Sweet aroma of bready wheat malt, funky Belgian yeast, apricot and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready wheat malt, apricot, nectarine, Belgian yeast, white pepper and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Tasty and refreshing.

500ml bottle. (2020 vintage). Pours an opaque black with a medium, creamy, short lived, light brown head that laces. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, burnt sugar, bourbon, dark chocolate, dates, oak and coffee. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, burnt sugar, licorice, dates, dark chocolate and oak in a dry, mild bitter, bourbon warming finish. Full body with a sticky, oily texture and soft carbonation. A little rough around the edges, but a bit of aging would smooth that out.

473mL can, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Nose is full of tropical stone fruits, some moderate dank hops and a little pine. Flavour is full of piney hops, dank weediness, and stone fruits. Juicy, tropical and piney, without any chalkiness and great clarity. Excellent.

500 ml bottle. Pours a dark mahogany with moderate head. Aromas of bready malts, raisins, soft spicy bourbon, and soft creamy oak. Flavors of oak, dark fruit, caramel, clean bourbon, bread crust and sharp wheaty malts. Nice carbonation. Warm dry finish. Very good.
