Description
As many others, our story begins with a dream: brewing the fruits of our land with passion and creativity. Since its foundation, Birrificio Antoniano has always been a Craft Brewery. The choice of cultivating more than 90 acres of land in Northern Italy reflects the idea of “Short Food Supply Chain”, where sourcing of raw materials and attention for the customers are our core values. Besides barley, in Padua we cultivate hops, thanks to expert’s consultancy.

It was not my favourite witbier, carbonated, really mineral, watery. The taste is not enough fruity, the hop is not really aromatic, so-so, 06.02.20

Bottle, 0.33l. Murky amber pour, two finger creamy beige head, good retention, lasting head, sticky lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, bready, malty, herbal. Grassy hops, caramel.

Medium body, medium carbonation, soft. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, chewy, slightly fizzy, refreshing. Easily drinkable. Balanced taste, herbal bitterness with mild malty sweetness in the background. Aroma of toasted caramel, rye bread, herbs and spices. Some herbal medicine notes in the background. Grassy hops, citrus peel. Mild alcohol in the aftertaste. Medium lasting finish, dry, herbal, bitter.

Surprisingly good. Would definitely pick it up again.

Paper and a little nobel hops. Pours clear golden without much head retention. Mostly crisp finish, just not tons of flavour. Bottle.

75cl Fles van inCoop, San Giovanni. Als Birra Marechiaro Bionda di Malto Italiano. Heldergouden kleur, witte kraag.

A fair beer, sweet and bready side of malt, side of honey, toffee, hop, not so metalic for the style, average one, 18.12.19, at Epalinges

At home, in Epalinges, this one is a rather good lager/pils, it is the true that the notion of premium is not really clear, dry hop, 02.11.19

It is a regular lager, not the best, not the worst. The taste is a bit metalic, malt, some bitterness, gold color, ok when yoy are thirsty, from Amstein, tasting it at Lausanne, Prélaz.
