4 oz. sample at brewery. Bright hazy yellow color. Flavor is a balanced blend of fruit and grass. Mouthfeel is nicely effervescent. Lively pop. Maybe the best Brut I have sampled. Tasty!

4 oz. sample, brewery. Hazy orange like color. Flavor shows spicy yeast, black pepper, earthy hints. Light bodied and effervescent mouth. Another well made style. Seems like I need to come here more often.

4 oz. sample, brewery. There are batch variations with the ABV. A near clear orange color. Aroma shows a fruit yeast, mild malt. Fruit in flavor is pretty bold. Yeast is not over powered by hops or bitterness. Respectable.

4 oz. sample, brewery. Black appearance. Flavor is moderate roast, dark fruit hints, cherry wood nuances. Body is medium, texture is a tad light for the style. Not saying that as a negative element. After 4 oz., I felt like I wanted more.

4 oz. sample, brewery. Light brown appearance. Aroma shows earthy malt, mild nuts, yeast. Flavor is a mild reflection of the nose. Mild nutty finish that ends clean. Easy drinking.
