Website lists it as a double, but the can very clearly states 7% and you're not going to make a typo on a handmade label. Undated can from the brewery drunk 4/25/26.
Whatever it is, it smells really nice. Lots of soft mineral, with a touch of red grapefruit and mild tropical fruit rind. Mosaic and/or Simcoe-like spiciness is tasteful, as well. Fluffy, airy malts suggesting light white bread, or light honey. No resin, no alcohol, not overly yeasty.
Soft and malty but with excellent, long tropical fruit and juicy citrus woven in to the beer nicely. Not too bitter, but there's enough, owing to a good attenuation and some dry, wood-like character (keeps making me think Simcoe, but it could be anything, really). Whatever it is, there's no big acidity whatsoever and it finishes fluffy, fruity, soft and pillowy. Really nice stuff. Lychee lingering is a nice touch, too. Tastes like 7%.

Lightly spicy hop with some biscuit, white bread, bit of crisp yeast on the end. Quite malt-forward.
Again very malt-forward with a hint of apple, wax, other authentic yeast notes. Honey and white bread with some biscuit gives a good, soft malt character and there's a touch of peppery hop. But it dries out enough to not need much hop bitterness. Very clean, as all their beers seem to be, as well.

Their hazy IPAs aren't exactly hazy, but whatever. This one smells a bit spicy, with some herbal/earth/lemongrass character mixing with pine and hard citrus. Biscuit, cracker, white bread from the malt balances.
Feels a lot more West Coast here. There's a sourdough-like character with lots of spice and slight pine. Grapefruit too. Not the ultra-soft, creamy, fruity yeast character of an NEIPA, either. But still well-done, for the most part, as their beers are.

Bright and tangy with citrus, light pine, hint of melon and a good base of cracker and light honey from the pale malt.
There's a bit of tanginess that is surprising, adding a big acidity, but malts are fluffy, and deep balancing pretty well. Some nice melon, gentle tropical fruit. Tons of flavor.

Chocolate, cocoa, hazelnut and a bit of roast in the clean, fairly malty nose. Low hop character; maybe a touch of dried herb.
Sweet up front, not too much so, with a bit of tangy cocoa and roast. Loosening and drying somewhat, leaving a more thin impression. A bit disjointed, but the flavors and texture are pretty well-done. Starts out very rich and flavorful, but loses its way a bit.

Mildly spiced nose is tasteful with typical clove, pepper and fruity esters/phenols. Bready malts behind it with no alcohol or flaw noted.
Similar flavors. Solid across the board and not-overspiced, though maybe a bit more breadiness and clove than I'd like, ideally. Good, chewy texture with good attenuation.

Brett is front-and-center, backed by biscuity, bready malt and soft, fruity and peppery hops. Not overdone or overexpressed, nor does it seem to be overattenuated. Lots of stone fruit and pineapple character with a touch of earth and medicinal character (not bad medicinal character).
Quite nicely-textured for its small size. Some deep malt adding white bread and biscuit. Fruity, peppery, gently acidic Brett balances and adds good complexity. Maybe a touch of a preponderance of breadiness/acid on the end, as the glass gets near the bottom, but otherwise very well-done with a ton of flavor and texture for its size.

Brewery draught, 8/4/24. Heavily hazy, blonde-to-bronze. Small, creamy, white head. Juicy fruit with clean, estery yeast and a solid malt backing. Spicy, malty, excellent balance and texture. Good attenuation and tons of spicy Galaxy without the typical drying spruce-cranberry mega bitterness that is current Galaxy. What a damned nice surprise this brewery was!
