Cask at GBBF '22 day 2, 03/08/22 - first beer on my 10th anniversary on Rate Beer, something I didn't realise until 4 days later! Moderately hazed orange amber with a decent head formed of eggshell white coloured bubbles. Nose is ripe citric flesh, orange peel, old skool aromas, hint of grapefruit, caramel. Taste comprises grapefruit, soft malts, light bread dough, melon, orange zest, faint pint nip. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Decent cask IPA.

3rd August 2022
GBBF Day 2. Cask. Light haze on this amber beer, small bubbly cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine carbonation. Light malts provide a modicum of sweetness. Plenty of hop spice nibbling away here. Decent and semi ripe orange and tangerine. Mild pine. Finishes light with more hop spice. Nice full on hoppy cask affair.

16 oz. can. Aroma and flavor are a mirror. Mild lemon, soft pine and a little bit of straw. Ends on some non-descriptive astringent bitterness. It’s a serviceable beer.
