Sample at the NH Brewers Association Brewfest. Slightly hazy light golden yellow color. Bready earthly with plenty of citrus tropical earthy grassy hops. Pretty Tasty.

4 oz. at the source. Almost hazy orange type color. Nice change up on the hop variety. Black pepper, lemons, mild pine. Flavor shows the Sorachi Ace with a bolder herbal pepper hint. Texture is lightly dry with a medium bitterness. As it should be.

16 oz. draft. Grapefruit juice appearance. Mild lacy head. Aroma is mild yeast and fruit. Non-descriptive in terms of flavor. Some mild fruit, yeast, weak pine in the finish. Chewy yeasty texture. Low bitterness.
