Description
We're Jack and Jordan, we are lifelong friends who began our brewing journey in 2018. we brewed our first beer together in a rented barn, just outside Totnes.

We brew a range of fine fresh tasty beers from ales bitters and stouts to lovely lagers in our Brewery & Taproom located in Totnes.

(Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London, 24 Nov 2024) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of bread, citrus and herbs. Malty, fruity taste with bread, citrus, grass, herbs, peaches and a balanced citric/herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Well balanced and fruity, quite an aleish lager. Nice one.

(Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London, 24 Nov 2024) Copper colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with notes of dried fruit, bread, apricots, caramel and nuts. Malty taste with dried fruit, apricots, biscuity malt, orange peel and a balanced citric/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, dry. Tasty and well balanced bitter. Nice one.

10/10/2024. Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear amber copper with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is leafy, malty, lightly hoppy, fruity, caramel, biscuit. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and body. Watery with very soft carbonation. Looked great and aroma was nice but was very thin, even for its 3.8%.

10/10/2024. Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear dark amber brown with a small bubbly off-white to beige head. Aroma is malty, toffee, leafy, fruity, orange, biscuit, touch herbal and hedgerow. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Slightly watery, prickly carbonation. Not bad.

10/10/2024. Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours close to black with a small frothy beige head. Aroma is malty, chocolate, caramel, dark fruits, toasted. Moderate sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Moderate body, average to soft carbonation. Most enjoyable of the 3 Copperhead's tried at the festival.
