Huh, a can lost in the fridge, huge thanks BuckeyeBoy! Hazy yellow-golden body, fairly pale, big white head - lasting in the IPA glass, gone quickly in the pilsnerish glass. Red apple and floral notes in the aroma, bit dusty and yeasty. Lean, soft, empty taste, light honey, floral touches, mild tartness. Eh, this has spoiled slightly along the way. Glad I didn't decide to bring it to Croatia.... Still, it seems to have been a nicely chuggable, soft, adequately empty summer beer, and one has to respect that! To be rerated if ever encountered fresh.

Draft at Payette. Clear golden pour, thin layer of tight white foam. Light lemon for the aroma. Lemon in the taste too, very subdued plus some biscuity hops. Has a pretty decent bitterness for a blonde

On tap at the Brewery/taproom. Brown/black pour dark tan fine head. Lots of dark chocolate and maple in the aromas and flavors. More notes of milk chocolate and a little coffee with the roasty flavors. Some sweetness but short of a dessert beer. Full smooth palate.

Om Tap, clear light pale straw color, thin lasting bright white head and lacing. Smooth light grains, just a touch of sweetness. Any sharp Pale Lager/Pils hop character has faded but smooth light lager beer. Very pleasant.

Can. A- Mild tartness, cocoa, chilies. A- Dark brow color, dark liquid, minimal beige head. T- Chilies, cinnamon, cocoa, mild tang. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly spicy finish. O- Definitely one of the warmer Mexican chocolate brews I've had. Peppers are certainly there but otherwise a tad weak.
