Bottle. I tasted this and it reminded me of the old Lowenbrau by Miller. Now some people might think that's an insult but it was meant as a compliment. I loved that beer and this is good.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Grainy malts with straw and herbal noble hop. Light rustic buttery, light to mild bitter with a soft sweetness. Fine.

Klare kastanienbraune Farbe, cremige stabile Schaumkrone; in der Nase viel dunkles Malz und Karamell, Kakao, süßlich und aromatisch; im Mund ein voller und dunkelmalziger Eindruck, herrlich aromatisch, würzig, leichte Süße, Blockmalz, etwas Kaffee, leicht röstmalzig, milde Bittere, leichter bis mittlerer Körper.

Tiefschwarze Farbe, cremige und sehr stabile Schaumkrone; in der Nase Milch- und Bitterschokolade, Karamell und etwas Kaffee; im Mund äußerst aromatisch, viel Schokolade, Kaffee und Röstmalze, leichte Süße, schön integrierte Bittere, super cremiges Mundgefühl, dabei ein relativ schlanker Körper, sehr süffig. Das ist insgesamt richtig gut.

Ziemlich genau so sollte für mich ein gutes Export schmecken. In der Nase schön ausgewogen aus kräutrigen und leicht zitrischen Hopfennoten und einer schönen malzigen Würzigkeit. Im Mund aromatisch, kernig-würzig, helles Malz, der kräutrige Hopfen ist durchaus präsent, mittlerer Körper, sehr rund und süffig.

Bräunlich-orange und trüb in der Farbe mit schöner, aber einer weniger stabilen Schaumkrone. Duftet brotig-getreidig, im Geschmack schön fruchtig und hefig-malzig mit cremig-vollem Körper. Ziemlich gut.
