Description
A family owned brewery since we opened in 2012. We specialize in German ales and lagers but we brew a variety of styles on our 40 taps! Our beers are hand crafted in small batches using the finest ingredients available.

On tap at the brewery. Pours gold. Floral, peach, mango, herbal, grain. Medium body. Odd, doesnβt taste bad but certainly not to style.

Sample @ GABF 2019. Pours a hazy golden color with a white head. Has a fruity sour tart weak salty citrus aroma. Fruity sour tart salty flavor. Has a fruity sour tart salty finish with hints of citrus.

Keg at the brewery during RBWG 2015. Cheers! Pours clear brown with a foamy, off-white head. Well toasted bread in there, moderate sweetness, basic dusty chocolate, light earthy hops, grains. Light bodied with average carbonation. Chocolatey notes in the finish, low roast, further earthy notes. Just OK.

Keg at the brewery during RBWG 2015. Cheers! Pours clear yellow with a foamy, white head. Good for style, some dry smoke, lemon rind, light tartness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes clean, refreshing, further lemony bite, dry smoke. Fun one.

Keg at the brewery during RBWG 2015. Cheers! Pours cloudy, very pale yellow with a creamy, white head. Lightly tart with notes of biscuits, very faint lemon. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly acidic in the finish, further lemon. Good one overall.

Bottle shared at the brewery during RBWG 2015. Cheers! Pours clear copper with a foamy, off-white head. Dense, heavy, moderately boozy, with notes of caramel, light toasted grains, toffee, bread. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Hot finish, sweet. Good one for sipping.

Bottle shared at the brewery during RBWG 2015. Cheers! Pours clear amber with a small, off-white head. Dense, rich, chewy, notes of ripe fruits, toffee, figs, dates. Full bodied, oily, with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more ripened dark fruits, toffee. Very enjoyable.
