Bottle from Ferris. Very cloudy orange-gold, lace. Fruity lemony nose, strong coriander, wheat. A bit like a Wit. Salty, citrus flavor, rich bready, biscuity wheat, yogurt. Light, clean, a bit creamy. Lightly sour, refreshing. Good.

I would say this is much more of a strong Pale Ale rather than an IPA. The wheat and hops really shine, to me it seems like they added a bit of Brett. Really smooth, hoppy, balanced with a dry fruity, wheaty finish. Very intersting and under appreciated. Lovely.

Cloudy white, fruity citrusy, coriander, nose with a touch of salt. Mildly tart, slightly sour, tart, very refreshing. Lingering coriander finish. Very nice.

A reddish brown ale with a thin big bubbled off white head. In aroma, nice candy sugar with lactic notes, sour cherries, very classic. In mouth, a nice smooth fruity malt with light Brett and lactic notes, refreshing and smooth. 5% 17 IBU. Cask Days 2013.

Draft - Coffee, liquorice and roasted malts. Jet brown with a rich brown head. Slight chocolate and some slight sourness, with roasted malts. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - Citrus hops, coriander and Belgian yeast. Clear pale gold with a good white head. Lots of candy sweetness up front followed by a hit of bitterness. Flowery with lots of citrus notes. The intense sweetness followed by the bitterness seems to drastic for my taste.

Bottle - Wheat, coriander, orange and sweet yeast. Cloudy yellow with a white frothy head. The wheat and coriander are there, but what stands out is the lemony sourness and funky salty finish which I quite like. Wild Rose has a winner with this one.

Bouteille 1L sous le nom de "Wild Rose Industrial Park Ale" à 5,5% abv. De couleur dorée foncée et légèrement voilée. Nez de houblon résineux, légèrement citrique et herbeux (thé et herbes mouillées), moyen de caramel butterscotch, léger de fruits (agrumes sucrées) avec des notes notes de grains de malt sucrés et des traces épicées (poivre). Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture huileuse. Goût moyennement amer de houblon citrique, floral et aux notes terreuses (une amertume présente en arrière-goût toute la gorgée) avec un moyen goût fruité (agrumes, faibles notes d’abricots) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût malté de caramel doux avec des notes de butterscotch ainsi que des notes de grains de malt sucrées puis à mesure que la gorgée progresse le houblon reprend le dessus en affichant un caractère légèrement résineux et herbeux (thé asséchant avec des traces de menthe verte et d’herbes mouillées) jusqu’en finale. Post-goût long-moyen et un peu sec, moyennement amer de houblon moyennement résineux et citrique et légèrement herbeux avec des petites notes fruitées (zeste d’agrumes).

Draft - Grapefruit hops with a nice sweetness. Hazy gold with a thick but thin head. Sharp grapefruit and a nice balanced sweetness with a mellow bitterness. Thick on the palate. A very decent imperial. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
