We’ve been obsessively crafting beers since 1995. We pioneer, curious and unfaltering, determined not to stop until we achieve mouth-watering perfection, often at the expense of reasonable bedtimes and our social lives.
Pulling inspiration from our natural surroundings, we boldly blend the best of our local ingredients with the know-how we’ve picked up from years of brewing award-winning beer.

Bottle from Hi-Time. Pours clear, bright gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of biscuit and mild citrus. Approaching medium body. Flavor is dry, lightly bitter. Mild citrus and supporting breadiness. Think this nails the style.

Bottle shared at DACBE New Year's share. Pours a deep brownish copper color with a finger of off-white foam that dissipates. Toffee with lots of prune, date and raisin aromas on the nose. Smooth and sweet on the palate with a lingering sweet, nutty quality...pecan almost. Lingering fruit and toffee. Warming finish.

650ml bottle. Hazy, redd-ish, dark brown colour with small to average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Condensed, caramel malty and fruity aroma, notes of malt lozenge, caramel, a touch of cola, coal ice. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally sugary, dark and caramel malty, minimally toasty, notes of caramel, malt lozenge, hints of toffee, bitter and zesty, citrusy hoppy overtones, hints of orange peel. Bomber from Briar Patch. Medium amber with nice, thick, fluffy head. Herbal aroma, mint, rosemary, sage. Taste also brings forth more herbal flavors, some caramel malts, and a touch of bittering hops. Different, but so tasty.
