Old rating - A 12oz bottle, as Yosemite Pale Ale. A gift from a friend. Poured at home, amber in colour with a white head. Aromas of mild hops. Tastes of pine hops. Dry bitter finish. Decent pale ale.

Bottle. Medium reddish-brown. Surprisingly large head for an eisbock. Aroma is light fruitcack with a touch of malty spices. Taste is really unique. Hints of spice, dry fruit that’s slightly sweet upfront with a light dry finish. A really tasty eisbock.

Bottle from Beergium. Aroma is roasted malt, lots of nuts, coffee, mocha, some caramel and a touch of chocolate. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and mildly bitter. Body is medium and slightly creamy. Very nice, lots of nuts and some coffee, with chocolate and a slightly creamy body. Smooth and drinkable.

16 oz can from Total Wine - Las Vegas. Pours a hazy yellow color with a bright white head and good retention. Great lacing. Bright pale malt flavor with light lemon notes and just a hint of yeast. Light body. Medium carbonation. Low bitterness. A nice refreshing summer beer, and a good example of the style.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours clear, bright gold with a large white head that did some lacing. Aroma is floral/spicy with bready support. Arguably med body. It's fairly dry. Moderately bitter. The spice tends to become something like peppercorns. A nice drink.

20th March 2023. Monthly Beer Share, Chez Sophie in Shrewsbury; five guys who love beer and talk bollox while drinking. Tall can (1 US Pint and 3.2 US Floz's). Canned on 23rd August 2022 and brought back to the UK by me. Almost a black body, tanned head. Loads of chocolate in the aroma, nutty notes in coffee and chocolate in the taste. Nice!

Strangely tall can which we worked out to be only just slightly short of a UK pint, by a tiny fraction. Pours a deep brown, good off-white head. Nutty brown malt aroma. Decent nutty brown ale profile, some coffee notes coming into view with a soft dry roast finish. Not bad.
