09.07.2019 -- 0.5l can from leclerc in strasbourg letoile, bb 07.07.2020. pours a slightly hazy deep golden with a big frothy head. aroma of yeast, coriander, candy. flavour of soap, coriander. nothing exciting, but not too bad actually.

Bottle shared. Very lively bottle, the cork really wanted to come out. Clear golden, fizzy white head and lots of bubbles rising. Soft juicy apples, a touch of sweet and tart gooseberries, dry pear, soft earthy, dry cellar, mineral, chalky, light floral. Almost medium sweet, light tart and very light bitter. Medium bodied with quite some carbonation. Nothing too crazy, but very drinkeable. Only minor flaw is the high CO2.

Bottle at home as Cidre Normand Doux. Clear deep golden. Sweet apple, caramelized apple, dry apple peel, hint of farmyard and minerals, apple pie. Medium sweet, very light tart and bitter. Medium bodied. Solid on the sweet side, but still tastes like cider and not artificial crap. Pretty decent for the price.
