Brewery draught, 7/11/25.
Copper-tinted beige-amber-bronze. Clear. Reasonably-sized/retained, off-white head.
Nutty, toasty, heavily biscuity. I get a lot more specialty malt than I do yeast, though there is pepper and fruit (unripe pear, apple) on the end.
Clean and fruity, but sooooo toasty and biscuity and crackery and dry. Just a bit too carried away with the specialty malts here.

Brewery draught, 7/11/25.
Clear, light amber-beige. Small, off-white head, moderate retention.
Earthy, dusty, grassy hops seem quite authentic. Fruity English yeast with a bit of pepper, but no diacetyl. Crusty, toasty malts, with, perhaps, a smidge more specialty malt than necessary. But clean and malty with good attenuation. And certainly identifiable easily as an English bitter.

Can (5/24/23) pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Hazy amber-red with some dark floaties, nice sparkle, large head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is rye, toasted malt over mild floral. Taste is strong spicy rye over lighter caramel malt. Frothy texture, lively carbonation and dry, crisp finish. Age has probably affected this in myriad ways and may explain lack of hop presence, but that might just be Cascade. OK.

16 oz can. Aroma is toasted bread. Flavor has toasted bread, soft, toffee, and mild rye throughout the sip. Mild bitter herb finish. This can has sat awhile and it still is really drinkable. Good!
