On tap at the source and a growler fill for home. Mostly clear deep yellow in color with a good sized long lasting bubbly white head. Sweet bready pilsner malt spicy floral hops and just a hint of apple on the nose. Flavor follows the aroma quite well. Crisp mouthfeel moderate carbonation. Really well made lager, enjoyed.
Sample at the source. Deep brown/black in color with a frothy off white head. Roasty earthy light caramel and chocolate with a bit of a creamy mouthfeel. Solid stout quite drinkable, but for my tastes I would have enjoyed just a hint more body.
On tap at the source. Hazy deep straw color with a decent bubbly white head. Spicy earthy lemon and some light cereal grain with a bit too much in the way of spicy phenols. Not sure if this is supposed to be a wit or and American wheat or what, but it was my least favorite of this flight.
Sample at the source. Slightly hazy light golden color with a stingy white head. Bready caramel maltiness with bits of citrus and pine with a light astringency. Pretty tasty IPA
Sample from the Granite State Brewers Festival 7/25/15 Rich chocolate with a bit too much fruity going on with some hints of oxidation. Not horrible but the recipe or process could use a little tweaking.
