Bottle, bought in Vejle at Vin..., 2010-06-05, Göteborg AR: north american hops, dry, citrus, grapefruit AP: cloudy body, creamy nice head F: north american hops, dry, citrus, grapefruit, troical fruits, with a wee sweetness and heavy bitterness. Nice IPA!

50 cl bottle thanks to Nisse666!On June 5, 2010Gushing bottle.Cloudy brown color, tan head. Sweet, malty, acidic, spicy scent. Acidic, dirt cellar, chocolate taste. Moussy mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

Sample at Havnens vin og tobak. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are rich malt, molasses, caramel, citrus and notes of hops. Never would have guessed this to be an unblended lambic.

Bottle 500ml.Clear light to medium amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light light citrus - fruit acidic and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 5.3%. Old vegetable aroma, some soft fruits. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour has some elderflower, a lot actually, and a distinct citric note. The note is lemony, almost lactic, and the finish is distinctly lactic. Old rotten peach aftertaste also.
