Bottle, 6% thanks to beerole. Liquorice and metal aroma. Hazy red/brown colour, very small head. OK maltiness. A little sourness to flavour and quite a lot of yeast. Drinkable, but not too good.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Hazy, dark brown, muddy and opaque with a huge sediment and a creamy, beige head. Fresh, citrusy aroma hops in the nose. Medium body with lightly sweet caramel accents and then this distinct citrusy hoppiness that also leaves a dose of bitterness. If it wasn’t bottom fermented I would’ve considered this an APA. Not bad at all, and a very unusual choice for a Christmas beer. 281207
