Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, but also with a slight acidic and infected note. The flavor is sweet with a lighter note of acidity, and notes of malt, straw, and vegetables. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. hazy golden with a dense and lively white head. Aroma primarily of yeast with a little fruit. Medium body, yeast and phenols and a little citrus. The finish is dry. Has a vague underlying tartness. Nothing wrong with this, but it’s really just another superfluous Belgian Blond. 200409

Bottle, from trade with papsoe. It pours a reddish brown body under a dense, beige head. Sourish on the nose, with some solvent. Dried fruits and roasted malt as well. The flavor is burnt and roasted, with a sour twist. Actually, the sourness seems to dominate. Medium to full body. Roasted finish. Sure infected, but it seems to be a nice beer when fresh. Now, still within BB-date, it’s borderline bad. (090116)

Bottle, from trade with papsoe. It has a pleasant aroma, although a bit boring and one-tracked. Caramel and piney hops, not much more going on. The beer has a clear, golden body, and is topped by a small, dense, off-white head. Nice bitterness in the mouth, with malts and caramel in the background. Piny hops. Medium to full body. A straight forward beer without much going on, almost boring. Could use something more on both aroma and flavor. (081229)
