Bottled. A yellow beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of limes, barley, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, straw, and wheat, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle, 5.8%. Mild fruity aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Small whitish head. Fruity and sourish flavour. Seems off, but is not undrinkable. Funky and strange, and definitely not clean. Has a little sour rag to it.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy orange amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of fruit, malt and caramel. Weird, vinous flavour with some hoppy notes and touches of yeast and alcohol. Sour aftertaste. Weird. Drinkable, though.

Bottle. It pours a dark black to brown body, looking unclear, and with a dense, small, light beige head. Roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, vanilla notes and a phenolic touch in the aroma. Alcohol too. It’s warming and full-bodied, with a soft carbonation. Sweet flavor with an appropriate bitterness level. Coffe, chocolate and alcohol both initially and in the end. Lasting finish with warmth and bitterness. Quite pleasant, but feels a bit too alcoholic. Like it, don’t love it. 131123

Ulfborg weekend celebration of nothing in particular. Black with a small tan head. Aroma of licorice and a bit of caramel, with plenty of citrus and pine hops. Sweet roasted flavour with licorice, and lots of hops. A little too sweet, and some yeasty notes, otherwise an excellent hoppy imperial stout
