Small glass bottle. Poured a clear dark brown, almost cola colored, but lighter. Small off-white, gray head. Aroma was sweet malts, some artisan bread, very light decaf coffee. Light, but not light enough for a mild, if that makes sense.

Light roast and some nut. Quite fizzy. Pours dark brown with lots of head. Light bitter end. Some metallic sense. Stubbie bottle.

50cl stubby gushed a little, then a rootbeer brown, clumpy Grey head. Nose has nuts, brown bread crust, a little coffee grounds. Flavor isn't infected but it's not great. Burnt toast, malt, earthy. A little thin.

500mL bottle with coding on the upper neck, but nothing I can make out a date from. Fresh from the brewery cooler, drunk 7/22/25.
Clear, but becoming lightly hazy as more of the unfiltered sediment is added. Golden-bronze. Small, moderately well-retained, white head.
Bright, vivacious nose of intense apple, pear and black pepper. Yeast and hops with clean water and crackery grains. Crisp, peppery finish alive with lovely yeast and more, fresh, herbs, pepper and fresh cut grass.
Chewy, ample malts with both soft dough and crusty cracker. Some dainty honey but drying out nicely on the yeast finish. Apple, pear and such, just as it should be. A little less given to the hops in flavor, with low bitterness. Clean, crisp, refreshing and balanced.

Brewery draught, 7/13/25.
Quite hazy, thought nowhere near as much as the picture here. Some bronze, but a lot of brass. Firm, white head.
Juicy sauv blanc grape with big mineral, earthy funk and dry grape skin. Hard to tell where hop and actual grape begin and end.
Some cracker, quite dry, but not over-dry. Still has some chewy malt depth and it's not too bitter or grapey. Interesting stuff. I feel like these guys, if they stay in business, are going to really refine and elevate their beers over the next handful of years.
Will certainly check back in at some point.

Brewery draught, 7/13/25.
Moderately hazy, tan-brass-golden. Firm, off-white head.
As an IPA, there's not much IPA here, but as a ginger-lemograss beer, it's done really nicely. Nice and bold, but not cheap or fake, not quite overdone either. Their beers seem to have a good maltiness and good dryness, so they seem to be brewing well. They also seem to love adjunct beers, which is fine, but I'd like to see a few more non-adjunct beers available, too. Has light bitterness from the hops on the finish, but is by and large a spiced beer.

Brewery draught, 7/13/25.
Mostly clear, pale-rose-tinted-white gold. Small, white head.
Earthy, almost funky, or pastry-like nose is hard to make sense of, but it's not off-putting or flawed. Just has mochi in it. Some sweet rice, bit of nuttiness and other grains on the finish.
Soft and sweet, though not overly so, with pastry character, or maybe bready character, more accurately. Some interesting funky notes (funky as in interesting, not wild yeast). Weird, but fine and pretty well-balanced and attenuated.

750 ml. Bottle. Aroma is very soft berry character. As it warms you can get a little bit of hibiscus. Finish has mild Saison yeast. Not real tart. Was hoping for just a bit more pronounced characters.

14 oz. draft. Aroma is light mild salty, sour grain. Flavor is mild. Hard to get anything other then the raspberry syrup. No sourness. Body is watery. A nice 1st try at a Berliner Weisse. I am sure they will get better. Nothing off about it.

14 oz. draft. Aroma has a surprising amount of ginger. Soft Tea notes. Flavor carries the tea leaves, ginger and herb. It is different spin on the base farmhouse ale. For me the ginger got near overwhelming by the conclusion.
