Bottle from the brewery, drunk 6/1/25.
Gently hazy, deeper strawberry-blonde-light-amber. Small, off-white head.
Very fruity, with raspberry and strawberry jam in the nose. Big yeast character, short of bubble gum. Honey and bread. Lots going on, but not much hop acidity, though at least there is plentiful fruitiness.
Soft, sweet, with caramel undertones and mega-fruity yeastiness. A bit thick, as their beers seem apt to be. Could use more bitterness in place of the crusty C-malts that seek to dry the finish, somewhat unsuccessfully.

Brewery draught, 6/1/25.
Clear, bright hay and flax. Small, white head.
Honey and white bread with lightly spicy herbal notes. Not too bready, though quite malty overall.
Soft and malty, as their beers seem to be. This one has pretty good attenuation, and the malt flavors are lovely. Could use a bit more herbal/spicy hop character to give the finish a bit more crispness.

Brewery draught, 6/1/25.
Slightly hazy, rosy-to-light-amber. Small, off-white head.
Sweet and fruity in the nose with more soft acidity. Lots of strawberry jam, overripe peach and such. Sweeter malts with some breadiness.
Sweet, fruity, peachy, heavy strawberry. Somewhat of a thick texture with mild acetic and lactic character. Somewhat thick and sweet. Needs much higher attenuation to balance all of these sluggish, sweet and fruity notes.

Brewery draught, 6/1/25.
Clear, rose-tinted peach-copper. Small, off-white head.
Juicy, bright, herbal gin in the nose with good juniper character, but nothing sharp or aggressive. Plentiful malt behind it adding white bread, biscuit and light honey. Very fruity with moderate, soft oak.
Clean, malty, tart at most, with a round, flavorful gin character and tons of soft fruit. Soft, feathery texture with good depth and good attenuation. Maybe a touch of powdered sugar and does get a touch sweet over the course of the glass, but I like the restraint on both the gin and the acidity.

Crowler pour from the brewery. Appearance is opaque black with no discernible sparkle, finger-width beige head with excellent retention and trace lacing. Aroma is earthy roast, bordering on burnt, with mild chocolate and caramel. Taste follows aroma with dominant earthy, roasted malt, minerals, mild caramel, chocolate and vanilla, maybe hints of mild coffee. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with thick texture, soft-to-average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, pretty straightforward porter on the European side. Well made.
