16 oz can. Aroma is roasted malt, and a very mild hint of spruce. Maybe that’s my imagination? Flavor is a solid, classic, imperial stout. Roasted malt, coffee grounds, and some light chocolate. Body is medium plus with a mild bitterness for balance. Nice.

Licorice, light roast and mild coffee with a bit of wintergreen created by the interplay of the hops and malt. Clean, rich, no sign of alcohol or excess sugar.
Soft and chewy, not syrupy. Properly malty with good sweetness but on the more dry side relative to the style. Hops (light pine, light grapefruit, light wintergreen) and roast (not excessive) contribute an old school RIS-feel but it's not that roasty nor is it bitter/resinous. Just a nice all-around balance, with a comforting texture, at a reasonable abv.

16 oz can. Aroma of mild herb with lemon and rustic grain. Flavor is the same with a mild undertone of lemon and honey malts. Flavor ends on white pepper, and a nice crisp mouth feel. This is quite good.

Bright copper-brass with a gentle haze and a lightly-creamy, white head.
Pine, wood, sweat, pepper. Lots of West Coast qualities, yet no resin nor any big crystal malt qualities. But yeah, certainly mostly a West Coast IPA in all but name.
Soft but with a biscuity, doughy, bready undertone. Malty and well-attenuated as this brewery seems to have mastered. Pepper, wood, sweat, pine, but again, no resin or iced tea-like character that is the downfall of the classic WC IPA. Not even that much bitterness, though it certainly has enough. Easy-drinking, somewhat malt-forward IPA. Yeah, not my favorite style, but it's hard to be mad at how well these guys seem to be making beer, regardless of style.

Draft for at crazy bash. Opaque bright, yellow thin cap of head light lacing. Aroma is herb forward over orchard fruit. Taste follows aroma. Smooth frothy texture average carbonation finish as taste.

Oh wow, this actually smells not very Americanized! Fruity with herbal hops, rustic grains and seemingly good attenuation. Lots of pear and light stone fruit with little/no clove, no banana/bubble gum. Black pepper lingering.
Wow this is a legit saison yeast and not fermented hot. Controlled temperatures creating stone fruit, pear, apple, black pepper and light lemon. Low acidity but ample, with excellent maltiness and good attenuation. No clove/banana/bubble gum. Will definitely be visiting this brewery!

Pours black with a thin tan head. Aroma of nuts and burnt malt. Taste has burnt malt, coffee toffee malt nutty toffee. Palate has much of the same. Not bad.

Pours golden amber with a fluffy white head. Aroma of nondescript hop oils. Taste has some refreshing hoppiness, pine, some wine must. Palate has much of the same. nondescript overall, but very good.
