Had at the Brazilian Festival in Harajuku. Can. Pretty much a pale lager. Light, with shallow flavor notes. It did seem to be sorta sweet. Drinkable.

Blond color. As usual for Brazilian beer, a bland brew with very low bitterness.

12 oz. bottle. Importado do Brasil. Must be meant for the Canadians. Strange aroma, neither hop nor malt. Musty? Pale brassy gold color. The white head just fizzed out of existence. Didn’t even leave a film. Thin to medium bodied. Pale malt sweet. Nothing to balance that. Something of a slight wet paper aftertaste. Finish? Not sure there was one. It is quite different. If the Brazilians won’t drink it, should we? Update: Walked by a Brazilian steak house in downtown San Diego on 7/26; people were sitting at tables with their hands wrapped around bottles of this stuff. Having a good time!

Bouteille 341ml transparente.

Bottled as "Cerveja Antarctica" (BB 08/2008)
Clear golden color, small white head. Sour papery malty aroma. Sweetish corn-malty flavor, sour/acidic aftertaste. Poor tropical lager.

(Can 35 cl) Clear, golden with a white head. Aroma of malt and brewing cereal. Medium body with sweetish notes of malt and brewing cereal - you know, chicken fodder. Subdued bitterness. A very classical Tropical Lager. 300407

Pale blond color. Light malt aroma. Ordinary Lager, but at least one of the few balanced ones in Brazil, with a reasonable bitterness.
