Bottled. Yellow colour, small white head. Malty and maizeish aroma. Flavour is malts, maize and a bit hops. A bit sticky palate. I had hoped for Brazil as a country, but InBev ruined the fun.

Test vom 29.7.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,5,10,4,6,5 - 5,95

Bottle 0,33l. Watery yellow colour. Hardly any head. Flavour of perfumed cardboard.

330ml bottle, 4.3 % abv, at the RedChurch bar in Shoreditch watching the World Cup Final between Germany and Argentina. Clear yellow-gold body, airy white head quickly diminishing. Sweet lime on the nose. Taste of sweet water with a note of lemon. Cardboard, dry ending. Soft-drink impression. Empty (London 13.07.2014).
330ml in a fancy design bottle. Diluted yellow in colour. Lack of foam. Light citrus aroma. Overly sweet, taste almost like sugar water. Hardly a beer at all (sampled with Finn in Kiruna 13.07.2006)

Bottle. Pale yellow colour with a small white head. Slightly malty grassy aroma. Light body with some maltiness. Watery, no bitterness. Not my kind of beer.

Test vom 17.6.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 5,7,9,5,12,7 - 7,05

Argentine version. Dark black beer with a thin dark moka head. Light chocolate malt balls aroma. In mouth, sweet malt with caramel notes, metallic notes. Medium bodied. Boring but cheap. 3$AR at the corner store.

Bottle: Poured a golden color lager with a small head that disappeared very quickly. Aroma of corn is quite evident and not that pleasant. Taste is your typical South American pale lager with lots of corn. At least the clear bottle was not skunked. Mostly boring and watery but not offensive in any way and definitely not something I will seek again.

(Bottled) Colour is pale yellow with a frothy, quickly disappearing, head. Nose is ... uhm ... very modest, almost non existing. Slightly grassy, flowery notes, no traces whatsoever of hops. Taste is sweet and rather malty, neutral with hints of boiled corn (which may very well be exactly what it is) and artifical sweetener. Light body. May very well do the trick chilled on a hot afternoon on the Copacabana, but otherwise a rather pointless brew.

Argentine version from Quilmes. 3 pesos for a can. Light golden lager with a thin resilient white head. Again, a grather grainy malt aroma, sulfury aroma, even of its from a can. In mouth, a bit lighter but with crisper malt, no hops, watery. Not as good as the Dutch version availble in Canada (if you can say the dutch version is good).
