Bottled. Clear golden, small head. Grassy salty nose. Dry with cleab buttery malt and light.medium body.Quite hoppy by Austrian standards with a fair amount of grassy, resiny hops. Finishes with medium bitterness. Drinkable and much more enjoyable than most Brau Unions beers.

0.5 l flip top bottle from Spar in Semriach. Poured lighter golden body with medium head that went away at medium pace. Malty sweetish aroma, some spices, bit sourish. OK, some hops present, too. Flavor is sweetish, with hints of vegetables, relatively empty bodied. Medium carbonation. Finish was following the flavor, without any bad notes though, but too short anyway. Well, this is quite bad pilsener for me, although drinkable beer.

Can. Labeled as "Kaiser Bier" - 5% ABV. I was very confused at first because of the many many Kaiser listings here, but now I’m almost sure this is the right one because of the words "Premium Qualitat" that appear both on my can and in the commercial description in the brewer’s website.Yellow-golden color with a medium white head. Weak aroma, slightly grainy, with a bit of malt and a bit of hops. Sweetish flavor with light hop bitterness and a bit of metal in the finish. Light-bodied. This beer stands right there on the line between a Pale Lager and a Pilsener - as a Pale Lager it’s quite decent, as a Pilsener it’s rather poor.

The bottle looks simple but good, the beer in the glass also. Very light. Fine aroma. Tastes modest dry but it becomes penetrating. That’s not so good. An average beer.
