Pours hazy yellow with a small head.Nose shows guava, banana, pineapple, apple, pear, spicy and resinous hops, and clean sweet malt.Flavours include more pineapple, banana, mango, more resinous, spicy and earthy hops. Lots of sweet malt by the truck-load. Almost cloying.

Can from Beermash, Melbourne. Hazy yellow with a white head. Fresh with juice, citrus, some mango and light pineapple. An easy to drink one with a low bitterness.

On tap at Slow Beer, Melbourne. A bit hazy golden/yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of hops, fruit and some grass, the same in the taste. Kind of mild and easy to drink.

Tap at Beermash, pours a clear gold, creamy white head. Melon nose, perfume, grass, fresh flowers. Smells like Vic Secret, tastes like Huell Melon, orange, candy, melon. Oily finish. Had me guessing. 8 4 8 4 14

From a 375ml can on 15/2/2020. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a small head. The nose is sweet, a touch fruity, with some vanilla and fairy floss. This is a sweety on the sip, with masses of vanilla and lactose, a little fruit and some mild bitterness. It has a a hard to describe but distinctive 3 Ravens milkshake character to it (think of their blueberry, strawberry and mint beers as a reference). The texture is very creamy and thick with moderate carbonation. On the initial sip, I wasn't sure but it really grew on me, though I do tend to have a sweet tooth. Like most milkshakes, it won't thrill everyone, but I really liked it.

330ml can from Dan Murphy’s, Fairfield. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt , mineral, light piney citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, light sweet, with a light, crisp, slightly watery, juicy, light pepper spice, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

There's nothing complex or surprising about this beer, but it's a very well made brute-force DIPA. Lots of pine resin, pine needles and grapefruit plus honey, biscuit and a little apricot. Surprisingly well balanced with just a bit of a burn from the alcohol.

(On tap) Hazy amber with big white head. Subtle aroma of caramel with banana hints. Medium body with plenty of soft mouth filling carbonation. Caramel, banana notes, balanced with some nice hoppy bitterness. Unusual, pleasant but for me the flavors don’t quite work together

(Can) Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow with no head. Lime stone with maybe hints of pine and vanilla. Light body with great bright carbonation. Taste is Splice - line, pine and vanilla. No sweetness but not too sour. Nice easy drinking unusual beer.

From a 375ml can on 8/11/2019 (labelled 3 Ravens Pine & Lime Creamsicle). Pours a slightly hazy golden with virtually no head. Smells mainly of lime with perhaps a touch of pineapple and a good dash of vanilla. Tastes strongly of lime and lemon, with a bit of tropical fruit sweetness in the middle, finishing with a pronounced, slightly puckering tartness. Has slightly creamy mouthfeel and spritzy carbonation. All up, it's reasonably refreshing and delivers what the description suggests. Just not really my type of thing.
