12 oz. can purchased at 7-11 Kittery, ME. Hazy off golden color with lasting head retention. Aroma is light grass, touch of earth and light citrus. Earthy and fruity.
The texture is yeasty with some malt giving a larger mouthfeel for a Pils. In fact it really doesn’t drink like a pils, feels more like a Fuller bodied APA. Hops are mild in the finish with little to no bitterness. I have no Idea what the hell a Nouveau Pilsner is but I like this.

This was poured into a pilsener glass.
The appearance was a nice looking semi-hazy yellow color with a light transparency about it. Carbonation could be seen rising to fill a three finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute leaving some light ringy foamy lacing cutting into the glass appropriately.
The smell had a sweet to semi-bitter connotation of citrus spiced rind over some light biscuity breadiness. It’s backed up by a nice sweet floral aspect as well.
The taste was moderately bitter with a sweetness sliding in to confide in a sweet smooth yet bitter sticky citrus aftertaste and a light sweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation comes across fairly tame allowing a sticky smooth citrusto grassy feel rolling over my tongue.
Overall, I say as an India pale lager it works. Not sure why it’s labeled as an Imperial lager on here. Just cause it’s got a higher ABV doesn’t mean it’s an Imperial lager. Eh, oh well, whatever. It’s good for what it is and would be a good food beer.

Subtle tangerine and lemon zest nose. Clear amber, medium head, a few floaties, decent lace. Peppery lemon. Lemon zest finish. Light body, harsh, overly bitter for the style. Unique.

Pours hazy gold into a pilsner. Bright white soapy head with good retention recedes leaving gloppy lacing. Citrus and cracked malt aromas. Thick with earthy summer fruit and caramel upfront turning to mild bitter pith in the lasting finish.

Bottle from Market Basket Dark brown/black color with a smallish tan head that dissipates rather quickly. Big roasty notes on the nose like creamed coffee with a hint of cocoa and earth. Smooth rich creamy, its a pretty good stout.

The appearance was a nice hazy golden yellow color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than thirty seconds. Rings of light lacing stick around the glass adequately.
The smell started off with a sweet floral to honey and added a light sweet wheatiness to it.
The taste copies the aroma and flexes the sweetness around the honey and floral qualities. It moves nice and sweet into the aftertaste and leaves a quick easy sweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a super nice sessionable aspect to it. Carbonation is light and moves subtly over my tongue.
Overall, this was a pretty good APWA that I would have again.

Sampled on draft at 3r6P this beer poured a dark golden color with a large fluffy yellow-white head that lingered and left exceptional lacing. The aroma was tangy, piney, sweetish and a touch bready. The flavor wa bitter and piney with a bit of cactgus, malt and sweet honey. Long finsih. Moderately full bodied. Solid.

Great IPA. Lots of fresh citrus and light grass malt backbone. Pours amber with good head and lacing. Light to medium bitter finish. Very well balanced. Refreshing. Bottle.
